1. Introduction
Welcome to Jinnah League, Pakistan's premier inter-university tech and gaming festival. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in Jinnah League events, use of our website, and engagement with our services. By registering for, attending, or participating in any Jinnah League event, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Jinnah League is organized by the ACM MAJU Student Chapter at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be currently enrolled students at recognized educational institutions in Pakistan
- Certain competitions may have specific educational level requirements (undergraduate, postgraduate, etc.)
- Participants under 18 may require parental/guardian consent
- All participants must provide valid student identification upon request
- Team-based competitions require all team members to meet eligibility criteria
3. Registration & Fees
3.1 Registration: Participants must complete registration through official Jinnah League channels. Registration is subject to availability and event capacity limits.
3.2 Payment: Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe to confirm registration.
3.3 Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. False information may result in disqualification.
3.4 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify registration requirements, fees, and deadlines with reasonable notice.
4. Competition Rules & Conduct
4.1 Fair Play: All participants must compete fairly and ethically. Cheating, hacking, or unfair advantages are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Code of Conduct: Participants must maintain professional behavior. Harassment, discrimination, offensive language, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
4.3 Competition-Specific Rules: Each competition has its own rules and regulations, which will be communicated to participants. Failure to follow these rules may result in disqualification.
4.4 Equipment: Participants are responsible for their own equipment unless otherwise specified. Jinnah League is not liable for damage to personal equipment.
4.5 Decisions: All decisions made by judges, referees, and event organizers are final.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Event Content: All Jinnah League branding, logos, designs, and event materials are protected by intellectual property rights.
5.2 Participant Submissions: By submitting code, designs, or other work to competitions, you grant Jinnah League a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote your work.
5.3 Photography & Video: By attending Jinnah League, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or livestreamed. This content may be used for promotional purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Event Changes: Jinnah League reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, or competitions due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused.
6.2 Personal Property: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Jinnah League is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
6.3 Injuries: Participants attend events at their own risk. Jinnah League is not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.
6.4 Technical Issues: We are not liable for technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or equipment malfunctions that affect competition performance.
7. Prizes & Awards
7.1 Prize Distribution: Prizes will be awarded to winners as announced. Prize values may vary and are subject to availability.
7.2 Verification: Winners must provide valid identification and complete necessary documentation to claim prizes.
7.3 Taxes: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes.
7.4 Substitution: Jinnah League reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Disqualification & Ban Policy
Jinnah League reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms, engage in misconduct, or breach competition rules. Serious violations may result in permanent bans from future Jinnah League events. No refunds will be provided for disqualified participants.

10. Changes to Terms
